The products are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. In case the product is unavailable, we will source the same in couple of weeks and dispatch it.


We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we can arrange for a pick up from your address and the payment will be credited within 15 working days of receiving the product at our premises. 

If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.  A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nidhi@keepitfunctional and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.



Order can be cancelled within 12 hour from the time of order placed. Beyond that cancellation is not accepted, unless there is a delay in shipment due to unavailability of the product at that time.
